Amarok Aventura Petrol Arrives in New Zealand

The highly anticipated all‑new Volkswagen Amarok Aventura Petrol Ute has arrived, making its New Zealand debut in dealerships across the country.

More capable than ever, the Amarok Turbo Petrol is ready to tackle kiwi terrain and includes a range of premium features putting this model at the top of its class. Just as suited to the city as it is exploring off road tracks, this petrol model brings new torque capability to the Aventura family.  With 222 kW and 452 Nm of torque delivering an impressive option, alongside the ever so popular and best seller V6 diesel Aventura, sporting a twin turbo diesel engine with 184 kW and 600Nm.

The stylish interior with a modern digitised cockpit, allows drivers to get their hands on with wireless mobile charging and a 12-inch touch screen infotainment unit which can be controlled by the intelligent integrated voice control function. While the exterior brings 21-inch alloy wheels and a 10-speed automatic transmission, providing ample power on and off the road. 

The Volkswagen Amarok Aventura Petrol has an impressive five-star ANCAP SAFETY rating, Australia and New Zealand’s independent voice on vehicle safety. It comes equipped as standard with dual frontal, side chest-protecting and side head-protecting curtain airbags, as well as a driver and passenger knee airbag. A centre airbag which provides added protection to front seat occupants in side impact crashes is also a standard offering.
