Using the Volkswagen Service Cam, our technicians will send you a video explaining any additional services your car might need and why. You'll get an email with the video link, allowing you to stay informed no matter where you are—at home, work, or on the go. You can also choose to accept or decline these additional services and their associated costs. It's like being in the workshop yourself.

How does Volkswagen Service Cam work?
Make your regular service booking. When dropping your vehicle off, our Service Advisors will give you the option to utilise Service Cam.
We ensure transparency each step of the way, even before we begin
Before starting any work, you'll receive a detailed video walk-through on Service Cam with any additional services your vehicle may need, from tyre replacement to brake pad wear. The link to view the video and review any additional services will be sent from " no-reply@servicecam-showroom.vwapps.run ".
Your Service, Your call
You'll also receive an estimate of the costs for upcoming services or repairs. With Service Cam, you have the flexibility to accept or decline the suggested services and associated costs. No repairs will be done until you give the go-ahead.
Servicing with your convenience at heart
Once the service is done, we'll inform you when your vehicle is ready for collection. If you need further information, our Service Advisors are here to assist you further with any queries.
